Eligibility

The Spruce Grove Public Library issues cards to residents of Spruce Grove and Parkland County. Proof of address is required. Cards issued to children ages 17 and under must be signed for by a parent or guardian. With your card, you can access the collections of more than 150 public libraries located throughout four regional library systems. Library cards can be issued to non-residents for a differential fee.

Student (post-secondary ID required) $8.00
Senior (65+) $8.00
Replacement card $3.00

Spruce Grove Public Library participates in the TAL card program, permitting holders of almost any Alberta Public Library card limited privileges at almost any other public library in Alberta. Learn more

Reciprocal Agreements
Spruce Grove Public Library cardholders of good standing are eligible for the Reciprocal membership program in cooperation with Edmonton Public Library, Strathcona County Library and St Albert Public Library, permitting access to these libraries' resources and services at a significant cost savings.
