Family Yoga*

*For ages 4 & up.

Presented in partnership with Simply Liv Yoga, this yoga class is for the whole family to enjoy. Try something new, get active and spend some family time together on a Saturday morning. Bring your own mat/towel (if preferred) and water bottle; mats will be available for program use.

New Beginnings Listening Circle 

Presented in partnership with Spruce Grove FCSS, we invite you to join the New Beginnings Listening Circle as we share various gifts, wisdom, stories and teachings from our local Indigenous community and neighbors. Light dinner and refreshments provided.

The Listening Circle is mostly suited for older children and adults, but all community members are welcome to attend this free event.
