Presented in partnership with Simply Liv yoga, this program encourages your little ones to explore the movement and breath of yoga in a fun and creative way. Through games, imagination, and lots of yoga poses, release some of that boundless energy and capture some calm and focus. Bring your own mat/towel (if preferred) and water bottle; mats will be available for program use.
