Kids Yoga

Join us for Kids Yoga, a fun filled way to cultivate self-esteem and body awareness, while teaching them tools including mindfulness and meditation. This class will also help children to recognize anxiety and different feelings by bringing awareness to thoughts, feelings and actions. Inclusive of all ages and abilities. Bring your own mat/towel (if preferred) and water bottle.
