Adulting 101 Transitioning to adulthood can be tricky and we often don't know where to start. In this course you will be encouraged to discover your own definition of success. You will explore topics like choice, money, relationships and taking care of yourself. Join this course and learn how to put your adulting skills into practice. This course is recommended for individuals between the ages of 16 to 24 years old. For this course, we will be accommodating youth ages 15-24

AHS Safety Presentations Child Safety Seats
This presentation provides tips and advice for selecting, installing and using child safety seats, booster seats and seat belts for children of different ages, heights and weights. The facilitators will also be available to check participants’ safety seats after the presentation.

Halloween Safety 
Get ready for a safe and spooky Halloween season. This presentation will look at tips and tricks for staying safe, while enjoying all that Halloween has to offer. From costumes to trick or treating, we’ve got you covered!

Infant & Toddler Home Safety 
Learn strategies to protect your little one. This presentation will cover home-based injuries among infants and toddlers such as falls, poisoning, choking, burns, drowning and sleep-related injuries.

Winter Safety
This interactive presentation will explore how to stay safe (and warm) this Winter season. Some topics we will cover include dressing for the weather, navigating ice and other obstacles, recognizing and treating cold-related injuries, and staying safe during winter sports.

Nerf Battle Royale

Spruce Grove Seed Library

The Spruce Grove Seed Library is an ongoing community project. Our goal is to give everyone access to seeds to grow flowers and vegetables.

Each month we will provide a small amount of a different spice or spice blend from a different part of the world. Pick up your spice kits at the library at each meeting.
