Appropriate for: Children, Teens and Adults
Embrace the summer with some sun safety facts. This presentation will address information such as a) how to properly use sunscreen, b) proper sun attire, c) the differences in UV-Rays and d) the ABCDE’s of early detection for skin cancer.

Older Adult Falls Prevention
Appropriate for: Adults and Older Adults
This interactive workshop will explore factors that increase the risk of falling, provide strategies for reducing falls, and instruct on easy physical activities that anyone can use to build their strength and balance

The Spruce Grove Seed Library is an ongoing community project. Our goal is to give everyone access to seeds to grow flowers and vegetables.

Pick up your spice kits at the library at the beginning of the month and join us for a virtual discussion on the last Thursday of the month.

Join us as we walk through assessing if this investing approach is right for you and the fundamentals to opening a trading account, researching and trading investments and avoiding common DIY investing mistakes.

Session 4: Cryptocurrency
Cryptocurrencies have grown in popularity in the news, online and even in our social circles. Join us as we walk through what cryptocurrencies are, what they do and the major considerations and risks you should understand before investing.
