Alberta-Wide Borrowing

Items you request will be brought to the Holds Shelf and filed by the first 3 letters of your last name, followed by your first 2 initials. For example, John Abraham Smith would be filed under Smi, J. A.

You will have 7 days to pick up your holds once they arrive on the shelf and you will receive 2 notifications of their held status in that time.

You are free to pick up your hold on any of the 7 days OR contact the library to let us know that you won't be needing the item anymore. If we receive no cancellation and the item is still here on the 8th day a $2.00 charge is applied to your account for the unclaimed hold.
